Common questions
- Restore purchases: Open the app, go to Profile or Settings, and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
- Manage or cancel a subscription: Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Manage them in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
- Delete your account or data: Most apps include a delete option in Profile or Settings. You can also email us and we will remove your data.
